"SO, CHAMISH WAS RIGHT AFTER ALL"
(LETTERS FROM READERS THAT BARRY RECEIVED AFTER WYE)
by Barry Chamish
BET SHEMESH, ISRAEL, Yom Rishon (Day One - "Sunday"), 26 Cheshvan, 5759 (November 15, 1998), Root & Branch:
Events are far too serious for gloating. Let no reader misinterpret me that way. I remind all, however, that I predicted Ariel Sharon would be appointed Israel's Foreign Minister by the Council on Foreign Relations (C.F.R.) to make certain that an Israeli withdrawal would take place.
The Israeli newspaper Maariv shocked its readers with a long report detailing Sharon's acquiescence on issues of amending the P.L.O. covenant and extraditing murderers, and Sharon's role in convincing the principled Natan Sharansky to do the same thing. On the day that Netanyahu was elected, I reported that this C.F.R.-controlled marionette would continue the Oslo process to the bitter end, albeit with a different, seemingly feistier style. So it came to pass. Much worse is coming unless Israelis and people who love Israel finally put an end to the mortal danger that the C.F.R. poses to the Jewish nation.
One of my readers, Jason Ferguson, felt that my message deserved to be archived, which he has done at:
http://members.tripod.com/~VaAm/Chamish.htmlThe following two letters are representative of those that I recently received from readers of my columns.
The first writer is the News Editor of Arutz Sheva.
The second writer invested many thousands of dollars in ads which he placed in newspapers to warn Israelis about the collusion of the G7 Group of Nations against them.
Shalom,

"I think that Barry Chamish must have "nevuah" (the gift of prophecy). Get a load of this letter to the New York Times, and see who signed it."
To the Editor:
I have known Ariel Sharon, Israel's new Foreign Minister, for 30 years, and despite our political differences, I know that he has never been "an implacable foe of the Palestinians" (editorial, Oct. 10). True, he considers the Palestine Liberation Organization an enemy of Israel, but he harbors no ill feelings toward the Palestinian people, save those who engage in terror.
The distinction is crucial. In his new job he will be called upon to deal with the P.L.O. as the representatives of the Palestinians. He is deeply concerned about Israel's security, and he will oppose anybody, if often mistakenly, who he perceives as inimical to the state. But this is a far cry from seeing the Palestinians as an enemy.

From "Joseph"
Subject: Barry Chamish is a latter day prophet.
Barry,
It took me a couple of days to swallow the reality of the events, but my first reaction was that you have been correct about the Prime Minister. During the last phase after Hevron he said you are better off with me to negotiate the West Bank. Now, he says you are better off with me to negotiate Jerusalem. The entire deal is already done.
Michelle said to me after his public flip flop since reversing all that he pledged in his campaign that he looked relaxed and better than he ever looked since taking office.
Yasser Arafat [Abdul Rauf el-Codbi el-Husseini], it was reported, lost a couple of hundred of million in investments. I guess it looks like the Prime Minister will enjoy the luxury of being able to suffer through any such loss as well. I cannot express my true feelings but sadly conclude as seemed to me the case with all outside the Prime Minister until now: that the New World Order is in total control and nothing and no one short of G-d Himself will now be able to change it.
I have more or less finalized my public service offerings on my web site, which amount to near 900 pages, to serve as a historical reference and monument to the time the world passively stood by as autocratic elitist forces sunk their claws into democractic processes and assumed control and domination.
You can share my thoughts with anyone else you please. I have returned to my business and have no choice but to reconcile myself to the ugly and painful reality of what lies ahead.
Until the end, I thought you wrong Barry. But you were right.
P.S.
I hope that those who voted Netanyahu in have the sense to vote him out albeit that he now will receive support from Labor. It is the principle. If he was going to do what he did he should have resigned.
Leah Rabin was right. He gave up more than Rabin would have given up and now I fear he might give up more in Jerusalem as well. True justice might be in play since the New World Order hates him, and once they have their Labor boys keep him in power to ratify the agreement and start this process I guarantee you they will make sure he is out one way or the other before discussions re. Jerusalem are finalized because they rather have one their own in power there to eliminate that part of Netanyahu they continue to see as unpredictable.
In any event, like all those who give them problems, they never forget, and will get their ounce of flesh out of Netanyahu especially if he begins to think he is one of them. If we had moved to Israel and seen this result from Netanyahu no less we would have been more ill than we are in seeing what transpired this last week.
Any agreement with Arafat [el-Husseini] is only good until he dies, and he doesn't look well. The reason they had Hussein there was because the covert promise to turn over Jerusalem was made to him: and the U.S. doesn't like to fail in their promises especially when holding superpower status. Moreover, Hamas let Arafat [el-Husseini] get the land, and it was their plan to finish the job after Arafat [el-Husseini] got as much land as he could.
Once they get the Jews out of the land, and get what was agreed to, Arafat [el-Husseini] will be targeted and then Netanyahu and all Israelis who so foolishly fail to absorb the lessons of history will receive the results known to us. It is incredible that only Jews get the special blessings of world governments to give back land and get chastised for being too slow in doing so.
One last question: David Bar-Ilan speaks of resigning. Is this for real? I would like to know what you might know or find out about this. Netanyahu, Sharon, Mordechai, Sharansky - three or four way split? David Bar-Illan has too much character and reason not to have played a role in this deed and thus I am curious if this is the predicate for his wish to leave.
Let me know.
